These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Penny & Thyme Bakehouse. 2. Orders and Purchases

• Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply.
• Pricing: Prices are as stated on our website at the time of order and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payment: All payments must be received in full before an order is confirmed and processed. We accept major credit/debit cards as indicated on the payment page.
• Order Confirmation: An order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from Penny & Thyme Bakehouse.
• Custom Cakes and Catering: Specific terms and conditions, including deposit requirements and cancellation policies, apply to custom cake orders and catering services. These will be provided to you separately upon inquiry and confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Standard Orders: For standard baked goods, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled collection or delivery time for a full refund.
• Custom Orders: Custom cakes and catering orders require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellations. Deposits for custom orders may be non-refundable depending on the stage of preparation.
• Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original method of payment.

4. Delivery and Collection

• Collection: Orders can be collected from our Holborn bakehouse during specified operating hours. Please bring your order confirmation.
• Delivery: We offer local delivery within a specified radius. Delivery charges apply and will be clearly stated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as traffic or weather.
• Damaged Goods: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Any issues or damages must be reported to us immediately upon collection or delivery.

5. Website Use

• Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise stated, Penny & Thyme Bakehouse and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Penny & Thyme Bakehouse. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Penny & Thyme Bakehouse for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
• Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by this section.
• Accuracy of Information: While we strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and current, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy.
